The Nano video player has many additional features such as memory which can recognize and return back to the video where you last left off. There are other small subtle features in the iPod Nano which includes the music shuffle function- which lets you select random songs until you find the song you like.
For the individual who always wants to download everything in site, the Nano can also serve as a USB flash drive in an instant.
The one area where Nano iPod has failed to grow is in the area of video games. The number of games are small and include solitaire, iqiiz and Vortex. The player may not have the exquisite sound heard on the Toshiba or Creative Zen Plus, but it does offer excellent video images. If Apple wants to steal the MP3 market, then an iPod with a 16GB is sure to demolish all the competition.
Nano has won over the bragging rights when it comes to battery life. The battery shelf life is close to 24 hours when using the Nano simply to listen to audio and 5 hours when watching video. This is better than most products out here.
Features that are still not available on the Nano iPod are the capability to use headphone jack as a composite video output, allowing photos and videos to played on TV without a third party interface. Perhaps the 4th generation of iPod will be better developed.

The 4GB costs $ 149 and the 8GB costs $ 199. The cost may be small but the product is immense.
